Refunds

Free access

Joining the launch list and using the free plan do not create a paid subscription or charge.

First purchase

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first MerchQA purchase if the product does not work for your intended public Shopify product-page workflow. Include the purchase email and a short description through the contact form.

Renewals and cancellation

Annual subscriptions can be canceled before the renewal date to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid term. For an accidental renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for review.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or material use of the service that is inconsistent with a good-faith evaluation. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Payment processing

Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid purchases and may process the refund to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by bank or payment provider.
